Pre-Construction Manager

Job Description

Key Requirements:

2+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, project management, or commercial construction.
Experience with budgeting, estimating, bid management, and subcontractor coordination.
Ability to review plans, specifications, and construction documents.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam or similar plan review software.
Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred.

Preferred:

Commercial construction experience.
Experience with value engineering, client-facing budget presentations, and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
