Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or enrolled in their Master's programs, ensuring they gain practical skills and knowledge necessary for their careers.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to diverse clients, including individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to their unique needs.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals and community resources, ensuring a holistic approach to client care and intervention.

• Contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and client goals, continuously monitoring their effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our telehealth platform to manage records efficiently.

• Stay informed about current research, best practices, and advancements in mental health therapies to continually enrich your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on providing therapeutic services to a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with various mental health challenges. This could encompass issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more. Your empathetic approach will be vital in helping clients navigate their struggles and empowering them toward personal growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and workload.
