Adams & Martin Group is thrilled to partner with an international law firm in Downtown San Diego! The firm is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Legal Assistant with 3-5 years of experience and strong state and federal e-filing experience to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment supporting attorneys across multiple U.S. offices. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil litigation, exceptional organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset. The firm offers a competitive salary and a hybrid schedule.

Litigation Legal Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, edit, and format legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings related to labor and employment matters.
• Handle federal and state e-filing for motions, briefs, and other court documents.
• Maintain and organize case files, calendars, and deadlines for multiple attorneys.
• Prepare discovery responses and assist with document production.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys across multiple U.S. offices.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
