Night 4x12-Hour (18:00 - 06:30)

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Requirements
- License: Valid nursing license
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, MOAB (facility will provide MOAB if not already certified)
- Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year, preferred
- Skills: Phlebotomy, starting IVs, high flow nasal cannula (HFNC), non-invasive airway management

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide routine and emergency healthcare to patients.
- Conduct health assessments and make necessary referrals to healthcare providers.
- Manage detoxification processes and assist with dental and mental health needs.
- Triage and assess new patients upon admission, conduct detox rounds per protocol, and address urgent care and sick calls.

Compliance / Notes
- MOAB certification is required; if not already certified, attendees will receive a 4-hour de-escalation course during the first week. Failure to pass may result in contract cancellation.
- COVID vaccine is optional; facility requires reporting of COVID vaccine numbers.
- Flu vaccine required with medical or religious exemptions only.
- Must pass background check and drug screen within 30 days of start.
- RTO restrictions: Max 7 days preferred; no RTO during the first 7 days or the last day of contract.
- No locals accepted within a 100-mile radius.
