Maintenance Technician

We are excited to announce a new opportunity at The Upton Apartment Homes. Maxx Properties is looking for our next Maintenance Technician to join our team in Hollywood for an immediate and full-time opportunity.

- Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-condition
- Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.)
- Perform on-call emergency service as required
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed
- Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris
- A minimum of 1 year of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns
- Basic to moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills
- EPA Type II or Universal is REQUIRED
- Energetic, responsible and organized
