Our Opportunity We currently have a Telemarketing opportunity for an individual to join our team of professionals for a Monday - Friday, day shift role. Key Responsibilities Seek out new business opportunities with customers via phone,placing orders as well as providingsalesquotes Work closelywithoutside sales representatives with customer orders andquotes Research product solutionsfor customers to solvefield-projectissues Hours of operation areMonday to Friday, day shift only What We Are Looking For Prior telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service experience Past experience with wood, woodworking, panels, and/or boards is a strong plus Prior architectural or interior hardware experience ishelpful but not required Developed customer service,problem-solving, and project managementskills Team-oriented, showsinitiative Strong sense of drive and creativity Experience usingWord,Excel, andbasic Outlook systems.
