Customer Outreach Representative

Key Responsibilities Seek out new business opportunities with customers via phone, placing orders, and providing sales quotes. Collaborate closely with outside sales representatives on customer orders and quotes. Research product solutions to address field‑project issues. Operate Monday through Friday during day shift hours. Qualifications Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service. Prior experience with wood, woodworking, panels, board materials is strong plus. Experience in architectural or interior hardware helpful but not required. Developed customer service, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills. Team‑oriented with initiative and strong drive and creativity. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook. Experience with AS400 is helpful but not required. Position may require lifting, pushing, or carrying items up to 50 pounds. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate plus performance‑based bonus.
