As we continue to expand, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us as we head into our third consecutive record-breaking month. Generating new business through research and business development Actively sourcing new candidates through headhunt calls and LinkedIn Interviewing and mentoring candidates as they progress and speak with your clients Building and maintaining strong relationships with your client and candidate base Consistently working to hit and exceed individual targets Make placements and collect the commission! What are the required skills to become a Franklin Fitch Recruitment Consultant?
