As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring that our patients receive the exceptional care they deserve. Your responsibilities will encompass:
Matching patients with qualified caregivers: You will meticulously match patients with caregivers whose skills and experience align with their specific needs, ensuring a harmonious and supportive care experience.
Managing caregiver schedules and availability: You will expertly manage caregiver schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all patient needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance for our dedicated caregivers.
Overseeing the onboarding and orientation process: You will guide new caregivers through the onboarding process, providing them with comprehensive training and ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver exceptional care.
Maintaining meticulous documentation: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
