Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting therapy sessions with couples and individual family members, tailoring your approach to address their specific needs.

• Assessing and diagnosing clients experiencing issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based treatment plans that may include cognitive behavioral therapy, systemic therapy, and other specialized methods.

• Facilitating workshops or group sessions on topics such as stress management and coping strategies for family dynamics.
\n
• Collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients dealing with complex medical and psychological issues.

• Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Your work will primarily serve a diverse population, including couples, families, and individuals grappling with a range of challenges. You will specialize in addressing issues such as:
