Job Title
Requisitos:
- Cuarto ao de escuela superior completado.
- Mnimo 1 ao de experiencia en funciones similares.
- Licencia de conducir vigente y buen expendiente y destrezas de conductor.
- Habilidad para tratar con todo tipo de pblico.
- Buenas destrezas de comunicacin y servicio al cliente.
- Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y manejar mltiples tareas.
- Conocimiento bsico en el uso de Outlook y otras herramientas de Microsoft.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar horarios extendidos, fines de semana o feriados si es necesario.
Responsabilidades:
- Realizar entregas, recogidos y gestiones externas relacionadas con correspondencia, mercanca, depsitos bancarios, agencias gubernamentales, clientes y suplidores.
- Coordinar y ejecutar compras de materiales de oficina, comestibles, equipos y otros artculos necesarios para las operaciones corporativas.
- Transportar personal, ejecutivos y visitantes a reuniones, eventos, viajes, citas y actividades corporativas, garantizando puntualidad y seguridad.
- Brindar apoyo en actividades operacionales, logsticas y corporativas, incluyendo montaje, organizacin, distribucin de materiales, inventarios y coordinacin de eventos.
- Coordinar servicios de mantenimiento y realizar reparaciones menores o tareas de apoyo en las instalaciones corporativas y propiedades relacionadas al CEO, segn necesidad operacional.
- Colaborar con diferentes departamentos en tareas generales de apoyo, manteniendo altos estndares de servicio al cliente, confidencialidad, eficiencia y trabajo en equipo.
