Crecer y vincular la cartera de sus clientes a través de la gestión de productos de valor: créditos, inversiones, seguros y palancas comerciales (portabilidad, colectivos, sinergia pyme, etc.) Gestionar la cartera actual de captación de sus clientes (variaciones y vencimientos) así como enfocarse en la atracción de mayores volúmenes de captación y clientes nuevos.Planificar semanalmente las actividades para su gestión diaria de acuerdo a la definición de la sistemática comercial, asignando prioridad a los focos comerciales en los que se esté trabajando actualmente; contacto con sus clientes y prospectos cumpliendo con los ritmos comerciales establecidos por la institución asegurando el logro de los objetivos.Ejecución diaria de llamadas y visitas efectivas a prospectos y clientes actuales, asegurando el conocimiento de su cartera en un 50% a lo largo de 1 año, a través de la gestión de campañas, variaciones en inversiones, vencimiento de plazos y demás palancas comerciales.Brindar una atención diferenciada en sucursal a los clientes Select, ya sea por solicitud de productos o servicios, como también atención a las quejas y aclaraciones.Llenar correctamente todos los contratos de productos y servicios, principalmente las aperturas de cuentas y formatos de UPLD, como también adjuntar la documentación correspondiente del cliente antes de formalizarlo y entregar al Subdirector de Sucursal.Dominar las principales herramientas comerciales y de seguimiento brindando una óptima gestión y asesoría a los clientes y prospectos asegurando los objetivos del segmento.Seguimiento preventivo a clientes que evidencien riesgos de no pago y dar seguimiento a su cartera de cobranza (Gte. SR mayor especialización al tener cartera con activos de mayor concentración, Gte. Especialista con concentración media y Gte. JR con baja concentración).Dar cumplimiento a la normatividad operativa establecida por la Institución en apertura de cuentas, conocimiento del cliente, detección de operaciones relevantes, etc, principalmente las operaciones realizadas en Opics, cumpliendo lo establecido por el "Modelo de Comercialización de Inversiones".
