Athletic Operations Graduate Assistant

The Athletic Operations Graduate Assistant primarily facilitates the execution of home sporting events, including regular season contests and Crossroads League/NAIA Championship events. The Graduate Assistant will be involved in the daily functions of a Top 5 NAIA athletic department and will have the opportunity to learn multiple aspects of athletic operations.
Graduate Assistant Coach

A graduate assistant coach both leads a club team and serves as an assistant coach for an IWU varsity sport team (or provides similar work to the athletic department).
Intercultural & Global Office Assistant

Director of Co‑Curricular Programming

The Director of Co‑Curricular Programming is responsible for the direct production, expansion, and strategic execution of campus‑wide student programming at Indiana Wesleyan University. This role provides primary leadership for the Student Activities Council (SAC), ensuring the consistent delivery of high‑impact, high‑frequency programming that enhances campus life. Through a structured programming model, this position oversees both large‑scale signature events and ongoing, rapid‑deploy programmatic opportunities, resulting in a visible and consistent student experience across the academic calendar. The Director also leads the execution of New Student Orientation (NSO) as a foundational engagement experience and oversees co‑curricular communication and engagement platforms, including Wildcat Life (Modern Campus: Involve), to maximize student participation, awareness, and overall program effectiveness.
Academic Advisor Administrative (Full Time)

Provides Academic Advising and other student support services for online and onsite National & Global students as they pursue various degree and certificate programs. Services provided include academic advising, planning and scheduling out courses to degree completion, acting as a student advocate; assisting students with all academic needs related to completing their degree, and developing means of communication and support to students. May work two days from any of our regional IWU Education Centers (Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky) and three days remote in a hybrid work environment.
Head Coach (Mens & Womens Tennis)

The Head Coach is responsible for the mens and womens tennis budget, strategic planning, courts and facilities, policies, compliance, scholarships, promotion and leadership of the team.
Enrollment Counselor for International Student Programs

The Enrollment Counselor for International Student Programs (ISP) serves as a recruiter, driving student enrollment by proactively engaging with prospective international students and guiding them through the admissions process from inquiry to course start. This role is centered on achieving enrollment targets by building strong relationships, effectively presenting program offerings, providing F1 student visa guidance, and addressing concerns to facilitate a smooth transition into their academic journey. Success in this position requires a results‑driven mindset, exceptional communication abilities, and a strong goal‑oriented approach—motivated by the pursuit of exceeding targets and driven by a commitment to continuous improvement.
Assistant Esports Coach – Overwatch

The Assistant Esports Coach – Overwatch position will oversee the IWU Overwatch program by attending all practices, matches, and team events, providing constructive feedback for improvement, managing rosters, and working individually with student‑athletes to ensure progress and growth. The Assistant Esports Coach – Overwatch will also be responsible for working with the Head Esports Coach to monitor the academic progress of the members of the Overwatch team. They must also ensure that the students they oversee can grow within the Athletic Department’s motto of Both/And, as well as the Esports team’s core values of Kindness, Belonging, Integrity, Humility and Courage.
Occupational Therapist Assistant / COTA

Occupational Therapist Assistant / COTA needed for part‑time, temporary coverage for eight (8) weeks beginning early May with potential for permanent future part‑time and/or full‑time placement with The Wellness Center. This position will have clear path of communication with attending OT on patient treatment, response, and continuous improvements to meet occupational goals. In addition, providing compassionate and welcoming attitudes to patients, families, and staff.

Adjunct faculty are essential to providing a quality academic experience for Indiana Wesleyan University students. Adjuncts will employ a range of engaging teaching strategies designed to foster student learning and stimulate class discussion. Applicants must have appropriate academic or professional experience within the given academic discipline, demonstrate a passion for teaching and learning, and be able to integrate their Christian faith into the classroom content.
Patient Accounts & Billing Specialist

The Patient Accounts & Billing Specialist is responsible for basic billing and A/R follow‑up including, but not limited to, checking eligibility and benefits, obtaining prior authorizations, reviewing and generating electronic claims, electronic payment posting, following up on unpaid claims and patient balances, and reconciling with daily reports. Accuracy is a priority in this role.
Health & Wellness Center Manager

The Health & Wellness Center Manager oversees the integration of all program activities for a high quality Wellness Program. Programming includes managing gymnastics, cheer, fitness, and massage. This individual works directly with the public and is committed to improving individuals health and wellness. In addition, this role offers site management on all center staffing needs, daily operations, training, safety, and security as well as collaborates with university department leadership for center needs.
Clinic Receptionist

The Clinic Receptionist plays a key role in providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors. They greet individuals upon arrival, verify personal and insurance information, collect necessary documentation and payments, and answer basic questions about services. Receptionists also help coordinate communication between patients and the healthcare team. They maintain accurate records and follow established office protocols to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone.
Gymnastics Instructor

Seeking Gymnastics Instructor to teach, coach, and supervise gymnastics and tumbling skills to participants of various ages and skill levels in a safe environment. Assist Gymnastics Coordinator in instruction plans, spot students on apparatus, evaluate progress, and foster a positive atmosphere, emphasizing safety, technical progression and community engagement. Private lesson instruction may be possible.
Gymnastics Coordinator

The Wellness Center is seeking an energetic Gymnastics Coordinator who holds comprehensive knowledge of the rules and regulations within gymnastics and demonstrated proficiency to manage a dynamic and evolving program. The coordinator would be responsible for designing lesson plans tailored to individuals developmental gymnastics levels, scheduling of private and group lessons/activities, formulate/track program data, and create an overall culture of safety.

Assistant Softball Coach

The Assistant Softball Coach must be committed to the Lordship of Christ. This not only means having the correct intellectual belief, but it also involves a radical transformation in every area of one’s lifestyle. The Coach must continually seek opportunities to grow and possess strong character traits through the regular practicing of the spiritual disciplines (e.g., prayer, meditation, Bible reading) and develop ministry values that express what God can do in impacting student athletes with whom they interact. The primary role of the Assistant Softball Coach will be to spearhead the recruiting efforts within the IWU Softball program. This individual will need to be relational and desire to connect with and build relationships with high school and club programs in Indiana and the surrounding states. They will also need to be able to develop a recruitment plan aimed at accomplishing our team’s recruiting goals. Additionally, this individual must have a collegiate softball coaching background and the ability to contribute to player development by leading instruction in an area of the game aligned with their expertise. There will be “other duties as assigned” throughout the year. This position involves frequent verbal, written, and email correspondence with students, parents, faculty, and staff.
