Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish
• Answer and manage phone calls with professionalism and strong etiquette
• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Assist clients and visitors in a friendly and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate records and perform basic data entry
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
• Participate in a working interview process to demonstrate skills and fit
• Adapt to changing priorities and support team needs as required

Experience Required:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
• Previous office or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Basic typing and computer skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to work well in structured, dynamic environment
