CareSync Coordinator

Geode Health is a rapidly growing national provider of outpatient mental health services. We are seeking a CareSync Coordinator to enhance the patient scheduling experience for our key referring partners. Schedule Monday – Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM CST Compensation $20 per hour (estimated hourly pay range: $20.00–$20.00) Job Responsibilities Create a seamless scheduling experience for prospective patients from key referring partners. Provide timely, stress‑free service through exceptional customer approach and professional conduct. Track visits from partners to ensure transparency of the referral process. Verify that patient demographic and insurance information on referrals is accurate; follow up to obtain missing or incorrect details. Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and faxes. Answer questions and provide information to prospective patients about our practice. Schedule client appointments by screening questions and matching needs to appropriate therapists or prescribers. Maintain client HIPAA rights and confidentiality. Submit records to requesting parties with proper release forms and documentation. Process documents for filing and scanning promptly and accurately. Copy, scan, fax, and email information as required. Maintain thorough knowledge of company‑accepted insurance plans and pre‑authorization requirements for contracted commercial and governmental plans. Perform additional duties as assigned by the CareSync Supervisor or Patient Support Manager. Ideal Candidate Profile Passionate about our mission and inspiring others. Qualifications / Skills At least one year of experience in a medical office or mental health setting (preferred). Experience interacting with patients experiencing anxiety and depression (preferred). Professional appearance and demeanor, with ability to interface well with patients in a mental health setting (preferred). Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability. Strong computer proficiency. Education and Experience Requirements Associates or bachelor’s degree (preferred). Some experience in healthcare settings (preferred).
