Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide tailored individual, group, and family therapy sessions to effectively address the needs of assigned clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities while adhering to DSM V diagnostic criteria for family and child counseling.

• Design and facilitate psycho-educational groups and parenting classes aimed at improving client knowledge and skills related to mental health and wellness.

• Prepare detailed clinical documentation, including case materials, treatment plans, and statistical reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

• Maintain timely and accurate charting and reporting of client progress and interactions to meet organizational standards.

• Achieve billing targets by documenting and ensuring a predetermined number of reimbursable hours per week, as required by our programs.

The clients you will work with primarily encompass children and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
