by structuring MBSE elements and data flow Support system-level integration, verification, and validation activities Develop and analyze digital models for space vehicles and missions Develop and document methodologies to model, simulate, and analyze conceptual challenges Communicate insights and observations from analytical models and technical data to senior leadership and external customers Collaborate with organizations and customers to obtain authoritative data, analytic techniques, and assumptions Provide MBSE and SysML or UML expertise to modeling, simulation, and analysis studies Demonstrate technical ownership and accountability Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Math or Science Ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance (or equivalent) 2+ years of systems engineering experience Demonstrated knowledge of systems engineering concepts Demonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional planning, coordination and task execution involving systems engineering and integration activities Hands-on technical drive and accountability Ability to collaborate with diverse groups High motivation, creativity, and flexibility in a dynamic environment Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Cameo and/or SparxEA applications Experience with space technologies and/or space operations Object Management Group (OMG)-Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) Certification Statistical techniques for complex problems with large amounts of data Operations research techniques, database query languages, design of experiment and response surface methodologies, scripting language programming, and model/simulation development Experience with agile development processes Familiarity with AFSIM, Systems Tool Kit (STK), STORM, and/or SEAS Advanced proficiency with Python, C++, R, or similar programming languages Active TS/SCI clearance Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in systems engineering, modeling, and simulation for space vehicles and missions, with a strong focus on collaboration, communication, and technical ownership.
