Job Overview A law firm seeks an Investment Funds Associate with 3‑6 years of experience to join their Boston, MA office. The ideal candidate will manage structured securities offerings and work with commercial real estate law, focusing on finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. Duties Manage structured securities offerings for investment funds. Represent public and private real estate companies in transactions. Handle acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and financings. Collaborate with clients and team members effectively. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in structured securities offerings. Experience with commercial real estate law preferred. AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred. Education JD Degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to practice in the state of Massachusetts. Skills Strong analytical and writing skills. Excellent organizational and business judgment skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
