Honeydew is the future of skin health - digitally native, scientifically rooted, integrated end-to-end (evaluation + treatments + lab tests), and powered by AI. The market is enormous, and we've only just begun to scratch the surface. We're building a growth team where strong creative drives results. Our paid and creator engine is working, and now we're investing in the other side of the house: organic social, community, and the lifecycle programs that turn first-time patients into people who stick around and tell their friends. Responsibilities Own our organic social strategy and calendar across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging channels — deciding what we post, why, and how it ladders up to growth, then read performance and iterate fast. Bring concepts to life with real talent — partnering with our creative team and on-camera creators to turn ideas into scroll-stopping organic content, without getting stuck in day-to-day production. Run community end to end — engaging across social, managing our Discord, and operating the referral program so our best patients become our best advocates. Plan events and activations (digital and IRL) that build brand affinity and drive acquisition and retention. Work closely with paid and creative teammates so organic, community, and paid reinforce each other — sharing insights, talent, and creative across channels. Report on what's working — grounding organic, community, and lifecycle decisions in real performance data. Who we're looking for 4–6 years in growth, organic social, community, or lifecycle at a consumer or DTC brand, ideally with ownership of a channel end to end. Native organic social instincts — you know what performs on TikTok and Instagram, you can direct creators and on-camera talent, and you have a point of view on what makes people stop scrolling. Community-building experience — you've grown and run a community (Discord, referral, Reddit, or similar) and understand how to turn engagement into growth. Scrappy, entrepreneurial operator — you're excited to build from the ground up, wear a few hats, and move fast. Analytical — you ground decisions in data and can tie your work to growth outcomes. Nice to have Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or another regulated space. Basic video editing or creative literacy (helpful for moving quickly with organic content). Hands-on events or activation experience. Lifecycle/CRM experience — comfort owning email/SMS programs and thinking in funnels, cohorts, and retention.
