Panel Operator (1st shift/3rd shift)

Position at Pilgrim's

Panel Operator

•  Produce feed according to the loads scheduled
•  Once loads are covered, fill remaining finished feed bins
•  Communicate feed production with dispatcher
•  Communicate with the maintenance team when breakdowns occur
•  Keep finished feed board updated as bins are filled/utilized
• Complete batching and pelleting paperwork, including drug lot numbers
•  Empty trash in panel room daily
•  Keep pellet mill floor clean
•  Fill micro ingredient bins throughout shift
• Clean any bagged ingredient spills in the facility
