JCW is currently recruiting on behalf of a specialty insurer dedicated to the public and affordable housing sector, seeking an Account Executive to join their growing team. With significant growth over recent years, this is an exciting opportunity to join an organization that is actively expanding across the middle market. This role is ideal for a commercially experienced insurance professional who analyzes insurance programs, eligibility requirements, and rate plans to match clients with the right coverage, while managing the full scope of account functions, from renewal negotiation and processing to policy inquiries, coverage reviews, and claims and billing support. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of commercial lines accounts, managing everything from policy binding through renewals and ongoing client servicing Work closely with underwriters to analyze eligibility, exposures, and loss history, determining appropriate insurance placement across both in-house products and outside markets Identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, acting as a liaison between clients and internal Underwriting and Operations teams Qualifications 2+ years of commercial lines account managing experience Hands‑on experience managing and servicing a book of business across Property & Casualty and General Liability lines #J-18808-Ljbffr JCW Group
