Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a highly-driven, self-motivated customer service representative to join our team! This is a full-time/part-time position. About us We are an established insurance agency that specializes in auto, home, business, and life insurance. We have been in business for 18 years and are continuing to grow. Job Responsibilities Process changes, applications, and payments with accuracy Handle phone calls efficiently and answer questions Generate sales leads by utilizing sales techniques to enhancethe customer service experience and up-sell Identify and assess client's needs to achieve satisfaction Communicate directly and professionally with clients Schedule client appointments Email, file, and other ad hoc tasks as needed Qualification and Skills Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Fast learner, able to multitask, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude (willing to go above and beyond the call of duty) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Energetic, a team player, and inspire clients and co-workers Inquisitiveness and the desire to continually learn and improve Proficient in English, conversational Cantonese/Mandarin a plus Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. #J-18808-Ljbffr Farmers Insurance - Justin Choy
