Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care to patients, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that align with their unique goals.
• Manage an appropriate caseload, ensuring that each patient receives dedicated attention and time for their rehabilitation journey.
• Exhibit expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, drawing on extensive knowledge and experience to provide the best patient outcomes.
• Utilize effective and cost-efficient treatment modalities to enhance patients' mobility and overall physical function.
• Focus on non-surgical treatment options to lessen the need for medications and facilitate natural recovery methods.
• Engage in the development of comprehensive and multi-faceted care plans that coordinate various therapeutic approaches.
• Create custom fitness and wellness programs that adapt to the needs of each patient, considering their current health status and goals.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• An active and unblemished license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

• Experience in designing and implementing successful exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, with familiarity in Web PT being a significant advantage.
• A current understanding of physical therapy practices backed by the latest research and evidence.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an orthopedic or sports medicine outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in a high-volume clinic where multi-tasking and efficient patient management were essential.
• Skills in physical therapy strategy development based on innovative methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
