Regional Sales Manager

JCW is currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager on behalf of a fast-growing MGA within the specialty commercial insurance space. This is a highly relationship-driven, territory-focused role responsible for growing agency distribution, increasing submission flow, and managing agency partnerships throughout Northern California. The position is ideal for someone with a strong E&S, wholesale, MGA, or specialty commercial insurance background who enjoys being in the field, building broker relationships, and driving production growth across a high-potential territory with significant upside. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, highly incentivized bonus structure, equity participation, and strong long-term upside potential. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow agency relationships throughout Northern California, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned partners Drive submission growth and production by identifying new opportunities across retail agency networks and expanding distribution throughout the territory Travel regularly throughout the Bay Area and Greater Sacramento markets to meet with brokers, attend industry events, and strengthen agency engagement Qualifications 5+ years of experience within E&S, wholesale brokerage, MGA, specialty commercial insurance, or carrier distribution/marketing Strong broker-facing relationship management experience with independent agencies and commercial insurance partners Experience within commercial property, CAT‑exposed property, habitational, hospitality, or specialty commercial lines strongly preferred If you're interested, please apply directly or email your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io . #J-18808-Ljbffr JCW Group
