Regional Sales Manager

Client is a leading manufacturer in the fall protection industry, with a well-recognized brand found in major retail outlets such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Ace Hardware. In addition to our strong retail presence, we have a growing industrial division focused on serving professional contractors, distributors, and end users in safety‑critical applications. We are seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth within territory on the Building Material, Construction side of the business. This is a hands‑on, outside sales role focused on developing and expanding a network of distributors, dealers, and independent rep groups. Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across the region as well as managing existing customers Build, manage, and motivate independent manufacturer rep groups and channel partners Strengthen relationships with existing distributors and key accounts while expanding market share Conduct regular field travel, including joint sales calls, ride‑alongs, and training with reps and dealers Identify and onboard new dealer and distribution partners within the industrial channel Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, product positioning, and go‑to‑market strategies Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and territory planning Qualifications: Proven track record in outside sales ideally in the industrial, construction, safety, or related B2B markets Experience working with distributor networks and/or managing independent rep agencies would be a plus Willingness to travel 2-3 night a week.
