Regional Sales Director – Specialty Pharmacy West Travel: Approximately 50–70% regional and national travel We are seeking an accomplished specialty pharmacy sales leader to coach and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives while driving referral growth across key markets. This is an opportunity for a hands‑on leader who can turn sales strategy into measurable results, strengthen healthcare provider relationships, and build an accountable, customer‑focused sales culture. What You’ll Do Recruit, coach, and develop Account Executives Lead field rides, performance reviews, sales meetings, and business reviews Establish regional sales plans, goals, and performance expectations Drive referral growth across specialty and complex therapies Build relationships with healthcare providers and strategic accounts Monitor sales activity, market trends, CRM utilization, and regional performanceIdentify growth opportunities and adjust strategy based on results Partner with commercial leadership on broader growth initiatives What You Bring 5+ years of healthcare sales experience 3+ years of sales leadership or people‑management experience Proven success exceeding sales goals within specialty pharmacy Strong healthcare provider and strategic‑account relationships Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and hold sales teams accountable Strong territory planning, CRM, and performance‑management skills Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 50–70% #J-18808-Ljbffr The Remedy Group
