Our organization is on the lookout for a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Capital Region Family Health . This is a fantastic chance to become part of an established outpatient practice that is experiencing high patient demand, supported by a hospital affiliation.

Capital Region Family Health is situated in East Greenbush, just a short drive from Exit 9 on I-90. Our esteemed group consists of 13 healthcare providers who deliver a comprehensive array of medical services for families. This includes pediatric care for children from birth to age 17, as well as adult medicine. Our services encompass routine management of illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions; preventive health screenings; immunizations; physical examinations (including those for employment, insurance, and school); and scheduled sick visits.

• Shared call rotation, averaging approximately 1 in every 70 days, supported by RN triage
• A physician-led organization with governance by a physician-led Joint Oversight Committee
• Flexible scheduling options available - choose between a 3, 4, or 5-day work week
• Collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), offering additional compensation opportunities
• Teaching opportunities available for first-year AMC students and precepting NP/PA students
• Possibility for hybrid work in Hospital Medicine if desired
• Leadership and administrative roles available for interested physicians

Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Board Certification, along with a valid NYS License and DEA
• Demonstrated clinical and communication skills, with a strong dedication to team-oriented patient care
• A keen interest in providing Primary Care for patients of all ages

We provide a competitive base salary with additional earning potential through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses.

• Salary range of $250,000 - $260,000
• The stated salary represents the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, quality performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, or other cash compensation applicable to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. This salary range is provided in compliance with State law and may vary based on the factors mentioned.
• Signing Bonus of up to $75,000
• Retention Bonus of $25,000
• Resident compensation available - up to $50,000 per year for early sign-on
