About the Opportunity We’re partnering with a manufacturing facility in St. Paul, Minnesota seeking a Printing Manager. The Printing Manager will lead printing while also covering prepress, graphics, and platemaking. The department has a solid team, strong shift leads, and a lot of internal knowledge. This is a great fit for someone who communicates well, stays close to the floor, and wants to step into a good situation where the team already has momentum. What You’ll Do You’ll lead the printing function while helping keep the department aligned, supported, and running well. Key areas of focus include: Lead printing operations and support daily department performance Cover prepress, graphics, and platemaking responsibilities Support a team of approximately 15 reports Work closely with strong shift leads and experienced employees Support ink management and sheet-fed printing operations Keep maintenance and repairs moving when needed Continue building strong communication with employees Help maintain a culture where people feel heard and supported Wear multiple hats in a smaller facility environment Who You Are You are a hands-on printing leader who communicates well and knows how to build trust with a team. You understand that this role is not just about equipment or output. The culture requires someone who listens, stays visible, and keeps people moving in the same direction. You would do well here if you enjoy being close to the floor, supporting experienced employees, and stepping into a department that largely runs well but still needs steady leadership.
