Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager | Business Development in Las Vegas, NV We are seeking an entrepreneurial construction leader who knows how to build projects, develop relationships, and create new business. This is not a traditional Project Manager position. It is an opportunity for an established commercial construction professional to take ownership of major projects while helping expand the company’s presence across Nevada. The ideal candidate has strong relationships with owners, developers, brokers, architects, engineers, and trade partners and knows how to turn those relationships into negotiated, repeat, and referral-based wins! Manage project schedules, budgets, buyout, subcontractors, change orders, forecasting, documentation, risk, and turnover. Protect project margins while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Generate qualified opportunities through existing relationships across the Texas construction market. Develop negotiated, repeat-client, and referral-based business. Maintain a qualified 12- to 18-month pipeline and provide accurate revenue and margin forecasts. Partner with estimating, preconstruction, operations, and executive leadership to pursue and win new work. Serve as a trusted client-facing leader and help strengthen the company’s long-term market position. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience with a General Contractor or Construction Manager. Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion, including projects valued at $10M or more. An active network of commercial construction relationships. A demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and convert qualified opportunities into revenue. Strong knowledge of project financials, forecasting, subcontractor management, contracts, and risk. The ability to balance project execution with relationship development and business growth. An entrepreneurial, accountable, and client-focused leadership style. Preferred Background Direct relationship network capable of influencing $4M–$10M+ in qualified opportunities over the next 12–18 months. A track record of producing negotiated, repeat-client, or referral-based work. Relationships with local owners, developers, brokers, architects, engineers, and trade partners. Experience in industrial, healthcare, education, retail, interiors, hospitality, mission-critical, or general commercial construction. #J-18808-Ljbffr
