Senior Scientist - Automation and HTS - Target Discovery & Biology (TD&B)

Senior Scientist role focused on developing automation strategies for functional genomics screening and high-throughput target discovery. The position involves integrating advanced in vitro models, multi-omics profiling, and automation platforms to accelerate biological discovery across therapeutic areas.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute automation pipelines for functional genomic screens in advanced in vitro models
- Convert manual laboratory protocols to automated platforms in 96-well and 384-well formats
- Optimize high content imaging assays and microscopy parameters for screening applications
- Identify and implement emerging automation and imaging technologies to enhance discovery platforms
- Lead team efforts and foster collaborative culture within cross-functional discovery group
Requirements
- Doctorate degree, or Master's with 3+ years functional genomics screening experience, or Bachelor's with 5+ years experience
- High throughput screening and arrayed CRISPR screening experience preferred
- Proficiency with automation instrumentation and optimization of complex laboratory equipment
- Cell culture expertise; iPSC differentiation and complex in vitro model experience preferred
- Experience with high content imaging assays and automation scheduling software
- Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
