Job Title Administrative Assistant Location Sonora, CA Job Summary Performs a broad range of administrative and clerical duties in support of department operations. Directs workflow. Maintains a consistent and professional appearance in all communications in written and verbal form. Assists with research and provides administrative support to special projects. Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm. 12-Week Assignment. Pay: $23.00 -$26.00. Essential Job Functions Performs general receptionist duties. Maintains department records, reports and statistics. Maintains patient medical records, and all related documents and administrative reports. Oversees supplies and equipment inventories, department costs and other budgetary information, and personnel and other office files. Prepare all departmental memos, agendas, minutes and reports. Copies, distributes and files reports/memos/records as requested. Assists with chart preparation. Participate in departmental performance improvement and quality assurance activities. Utilizes and updates departmental databases. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Requirements 2 years of Experience as an Admin Assistant – Medical Office. High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent. Organized and maintained files, documents, and office records. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and other basic office software. Human Resource background preferred. Handled confidential information with discretion. Scheduled appointments, meetings, and maintained calendars. Answered and directed phone calls and responded to emails professionally. Must be able to pass medical screenings. Must be able to pass background check. All associates receive all required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable.
