Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Onsite Staffing Recruiter to join our team and drive talent acquisition efforts at our physical location. In this role, you will be the key driver in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. Your energetic approach will ensure a seamless recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external candidates. Duties

• Lead full cycle recruiting efforts onsite, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for a variety of roles with high-volume recruitment needs.
• Develop and execute innovative talent sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing techniques, and talent management software to attract diverse candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.
• Manage relationships with internal hiring managers and external candidates through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Coordinate employee orientation, onboarding, and employee evaluation processes to facilitate smooth integration into the organization.
• Ensure compliance with employment law in talent management and HR legal standards throughout all recruitment activities.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as UltaPro or similar HR systems to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Engage in research and lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through cold calling, networking events, and campus recruitment initiatives.
• Support training & development programs related to recruiting best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure all recruiting practices adhere to legal standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, high volume recruitment, technical recruiting, or executive recruiting within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and hiring managers effectively.
• Demonstrated expertise in talent management software (e.g., UltaPro), ATS platforms, HR systems, and social media marketing (recruitment).
• Knowledge of employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, employee relations, and HR sourcing techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in candidate sourcing and employee evaluation processes.
• Experience in campus recruitment, external recruiting strategies, and succession planning is highly desirable.
• Strong research skills combined with cold calling experience for lead generation purposes.
• Familiarity with HR legal standards related to employment & labor law as well as employee orientation procedures.
• Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse teams and external networks.
• Availability to visit client sites and conduct regular check-ins.
• Effective bilingual communication in English and Spanish, including reading, writing, and speaking.
