Community Manager – Large Apartment Community
First Choice Management Group
First Choice Management Group is seeking an accomplished Community Manager to lead a premier apartment community. This role requires a confident, experienced leader who understands the standards, service level, and operational excellence expected in a Class A environment.
Key Responsibilities
Full operational oversight of a luxury community
Lead, coach, and elevate a high‐performing onsite team
Drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction
Ensure five‐star presentation and hospitality‐level service
Manage financial performance, reporting, and budgeting
Maintain compliance, vendor relationships, and risk management
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of successful Property Manager experience
Proven leadership presence with strong communication skills
Experience in large (200+) communities strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to improve performance and lead teams
Organized, decisive, and able to manage complex operations
