Customer Service Specialist

International Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for their US distribution office. You will be the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy of orders and delivery updates. Competitive salary plus bonus 100% company-paid health insurance, and a 401K!

Primary Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist:

• Answer inbound phone calls from distributors and customers; enter orders into systems and allocate orders to available inventory.

• Check stock when needed

• Release orders to the shipment team

• Receive and resolve customer complaints/concerns.

• Follow-up on customer inquiries

• Update clients on order status

Requirements of the Customer Service Specialist

• Prior experience with Netsuite software preferred

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required

• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills with ability to learn customer service software applications.

• Ability to learn product line

• Great Communication Skills both Written and Verbal
