Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Wellesley, MA. The position focuses on estate plan drafting, probate and trust administration, and adult guardianship and conservatorship court proceedings. The ideal candidate is self-reliant, confident, and resourceful, with strong interpersonal and written communication skills. They should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Draft trust and estate planning documents. Meet with clients to oversee execution of estate plans. Draft and file probate pleadings; attend probate court hearings. Engage in extensive communication with clients. Prepare estate tax returns and trust accountings. Requirements MA Bar License. Previous experience in a law firm. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities. Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certification Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. Skills Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Organizational and time-management proficiency.
