Behavior TechnicianNorthway Academy – Sartell, MNPreferred Qualification: Ability to communicate effectively in American Sign Language (ASL).Shifts Available (Monday-Friday)Part-Time: 12pm-5pm or 5:30pmWhy Join Us?Monday–Friday, daytime hours – no nights or weekendsCompetitive pay ($16–$21/hr based on qualifications)Benefits for 32+ hrs/week (health, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)Same-day pay option with Dayforce WalletWork with a supportive team making a real impactOpportunities for growth in a growing fieldWhat You'll Do:Support children with autism through early intervention programsImplement therapy plans and behavior strategiesTeach skills for communication, self-care, and social interactionHelp manage behaviors and support transitions to school settingsQualifications (must meet one * from Level 1 or Level 2 *):Level 1 ($20–$21/hr):Currently enrolled in a graduate program in a mental health discipline or hold a master's degree in a mental health fieldObtained a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in behavioral health, child development or related fields and have 6,000 hours of paid/clinical experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis servicesLevel 2 ($18–$19/hr):Enrolled in OR hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in behavioral health, child development or related fields (mental health, special education, social work, psychology, speech pathology, occupational therapy)Hold an associate's degree from an accredited institution in behavioral health, child development or related fields (mental health, special education, social work, psychology, speech pathology, occupational therapy) and at least 2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience (including but not limited to experience as a DSP, PCA, Paraprofessional)Possess a high school diploma (or GED) and have 4,000 hours of supervised clinical experience (equivalent to 2 years of full-time experience, including but not limited to experience as a DSP, PCA, Paraprofessional)Fluent in a non-English speaking language or certified by a tribal nationMake a difference every day.
