Pharmacist Intern - Per Diem Variable

Pharmacist Intern at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center in Oregon City, Oregon Per Diem/Variable Shift Under the direct supervision of a staff pharmacist, has the responsibility to integrate the provision of pharmaceutical care with other elements of the patient care process to provide a collaborative, cooperative effort with other members of the health care team to ensure optimal drug therapy outcomes and to improve the patients quality of life. • Enrolled in or having graduated from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License or
• Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist Intern License.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
