As a dynamic and growing company with over 19 000 employees worldwide, 75 nationalities, a retention rate above 90% and € 3,7 billion in combined revenue in 2025, we are looking for someone like you to join our team as we continue to shape a safer, more efficient, and connected world!Purpose and Mission: Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing processes within the plantKey Activities and Responsibilities:Manufacturing Oversight: Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement quality control measures.Team Leadership: Lead and develop the manufacturing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to optimize production output.Compliance and Safety: Ensure all manufacturing operations comply with industry regulations and safety standards.Production Planning: Develop and execute production plans to meet business objectives.Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing.Skills:Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a diverse team.Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities to address production challenges.Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with team members, management, and other departments.Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality control standards.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Previous Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in manufacturing management or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.Qualifications and Education: Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.At Bekaert, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive work environment.
