And we invest in our world-class team, empowering our colleagues to unpack their potential, because we believe when our people grow, so does our business.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a well-structured production schedule aligned with customer demand and available capacityPartners with Operations and cross-functional teams to identify and drive performance improvementsMaximize machine efficiency while supporting budgeted inventory targetsMonitor inventory levels to properly cycle molds and printers in coordination with Materials and OperationsCoordinate with approved subcontractors to utilize outsourcing when requiredCollaborate with Customer Service to address order-related issues and priority changesProvide management with capacity, utilization, and constraint visibility for assigned work centersMaintain and enforce all company safety, environmental, and departmental health standardsMaintain accuracy of JDE work centers and scheduling parametersAuthoritiesAdjust production schedules to meet customer requirements, including priority changes and weekend productionCreate, release, and cancel work orders in alignment with demand and capacityCommunicate committed order dates to Customer ServiceSubstitute parts lists as needed to optimize inventory consumption, in coordination with MaterialsMaintain master data for assigned planner itemsEnsure non-scheduled time is accurately captured and reportedQualifications2–3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials coordination preferredBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent manufacturing experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient PC and analytical skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesOur ExpectationsWe expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
