The Role: IFM is looking for a Social Media Manager. This person will manage all owned social media channels with focus on reaching and interacting with the AI developer and research community— this isn't a generic social media role, it requires someone who understands X, Hugging Face, Reddit, and LinkedIn as they function in the AI space. Responsibilities cover channel strategy, launch amplification, community building, reporting and day to day posting. Key Responsibilities The Social Media manageris responsible forgrowing the IFM social channels, including engaging key communities across different audiences relevant to the AI industry. Work closely with the Content Marketing and EditorialLead to adapt and distribute existing content pieces to social media posts and help create content native to social media: clips, content campaigns and more. You will write most of what goes outyourselfso you mustdemonstrateexperience being entrusted with a brand voice. Develop community and voice Track metrics Qualifications 3-15yearsofhands-onsocial channel experience. Proven ability to adapt style and voice across different formats,platformsand audiences. Experience with X, LinkedIn, Instagram,YouTubeetc.required Strong command of data—from implementing and using various analytics too, toregularly interpretingand reporting insights. Ability to meet multi-threaded/cross functional deadlines.
