Required Skills: Expertise in social media channels, community management best practices, and social listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr) Deep proficiency on Reddit, with the ability to grow and nurture active communities Proven experience engaging audiences on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Threads Excellent writing skills with a human, authentic voice that resonates across diverse platforms Strong strategic thinking with the ability to analyze trends, content performance, and conversation themes Ability to handle crises effectively, working cross-functionally with marketing, communications, and customer care teams Attention to detail, high emotional intelligence, and a customer-centric mindset Willingness to work weekends and during peak seasons as needed Nice to Have Skills: Background in fintech or other regulated, consumer-facing categories Experience creating brand playbooks and engagement strategies tailored to various communities Previous experience in social media crisis management Familiarity with social media analytics and content optimization Preferred Education and Experience: 4+ years in community management or organic social media roles within fintech or similar consumer sectors Demonstrated ability to make complex or mundane topics engaging and relatable Skilled in managing and growing brand communities on Reddit and other platforms Other Requirements: This position is hybrid, located in San Diego or Mountain View, CA Candidates must be comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy environments, with weekend availability as required Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to protect and enhance brand reputation Bring your passion for social media, storytelling, and community building to a company dedicated to authentic engagement and innovative brand presence. #J-18808-Ljbffr DeWinter Group
