Key Responsibilities

• Account Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, needs, and goals to provide tailored solutions
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
  • Conduct regular account reviews and develop strategic plans to grow account revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded
• Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex matters when necessary
  • Maintain open lines of communication with clients, keeping them informed about order status, product updates, and company news
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services
  • Implement customer retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize loyalty
• Order Management:
  • Process and track customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and shipping departments to meet delivery deadlines
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential stock issues to relevant teams
  • Handle order modifications, cancellations, and returns according to company policies
  • Generate and distribute order-related reports to internal stakeholders
• Manufacturing Knowledge:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our manufacturing processes, capabilities, and limitations
  • Provide accurate information to clients regarding product specifications, customization options, and production timelines
  • Collaborate with the production team to address client-specific requirements and ensure feasibility
  • Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements in manufacturing
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing customer insights and market feedback
• Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients
  • Participate in client meetings and product demonstrations as needed
