Role Description The Director, Sr. Talent Development is a full-time remote role responsible for designing and leading the company’s talent development strategy and programs. This role oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of leadership development, training, and career growth initiatives across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing development needs, building learning roadmaps, creating scalable training frameworks, and partnering with business leaders and HR to align talent programs with organizational goals. The Director will guide the creation of high-impact employee engagement strategies, manage external learning partners and platforms, and use data and feedback to continuously improve programs. This role also provides coaching to leaders, supports succession planning, and ensures that talent development initiatives are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with the company’s values.\n
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Talent Development and Talent Management, including designing and implementing organization-wide development strategies.

• Expertise in Training & Development, with a track record of building, delivering, and evaluating learning programs and curricula.
\n
• Background in Leadership Development, including coaching leaders, creating leadership pathways, and supporting succession planning.
\n
• Experience in Employee Engagement, with the ability to create initiatives that strengthen culture, retention, and overall employee experience.
\n
• Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions in a remote environment.
\n
• Proficiency in using data and analytics to measure program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPTD, coaching credentials) are a plus.
