Accounting Manager

The Assistant Controller will serve as a key partner to senior finance leadership in a highly visible, business-facing role. The successful candidate will gain direct exposure to corporate leadership, meaningful mentorship, and a clear runway for professional growth within the organization. Responsibilities Hands-on involvement in budgeting, variance analysis, and departmental P&L reporting to better understand the drivers of the business. Serve as a key accounting partner to Operations, providing financial insight, system support, and cross-functional guidance to help improve business performance.
