What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: Restaurant Managers earn between $65,000 - $85,000 District Managers range from $85,000 - $115,000, and Division Managers make between $115,000 - $145,000.
- Benefits Package: Health insurance, 30 days of vacation, and a $6,000 annual education bonus.
- Training & Development: Paid training that offers real-world experience, empowering you to learn how to manage people, operations, and customer relationships.
- Career Growth: We pride ourselves on a fast promotion timeline—12-18 months to District Manager and 18-36 months to Division Manager, with salary increases and stock options at every step.
- Stock Options: Unique opportunities to invest in Waffle House stock, starting with a $18,500 stock option at hire date, and additional options as you move up in your career.
