We are seeking a highly motivated individual, with advanced accounting knowledge, who can work jointly with various operational and finance teams, to produce timely and accurate financial information. Key Responsibilities Support the monthly close process including analytical review to ensure accurate accounting records are maintained Prepare journal entries and workpapers supporting the month end and year end close Reconcile, monitor, and maintain accurate records of daily cash activity Assist in the preparation of cash flow and liquidity analyses Prepare weekly operational reports for corporate management Review and reconcile Ramp business credit card and employee reimbursement account Support the preparation of accurate and timely financial reporting packages, including monthly and annual financial statements Manage fixed assets using software, reconcile monthly depreciation entries, and assist with preparing Personal Property Tax Returns Assist in the development and implementation of systems to streamline financial processes, reduce waste, and optimize resources across the organization Leverage financial software and tools to improve data analysis, reporting accuracy, and decision-making processes Work cross-functionally with other departments to align financial objectives with business strategies Support all accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and audits Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time Required Qualifications BA/BS degree in Accounting Minimum of 3-5 years in a staff or senior accounting role A strong understanding of GAAP and deadline driven Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting tools and systems Proficiency with MS Office products, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, Look-ups, Index/Matching) Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate financial data to non-financial colleagues NetSuite experience and non-profit experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
