Job Description Make an impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist working with K-12 students in a supportive school environment near Snohomish, WA. Qualifications: Active Washington ESA and Washington SLP credentials required Open to SLPs with CCC or CFY status Previous experience in K-12 school settings preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills Responsibilities: Provide direct speech and language therapy to students across K-12 grade levels Develop, implement, and track individualized education programs (IEPs) Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify student needs Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families Maintain compliant documentation for all services and interventions Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions This full-time assignment includes 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
