Watts & Associates is working discreetly with a highly regarded Am Law 100 international firm with a Chambers recognized technology transactional practice seeking a 2nd to 3rd year Technology Companies Group Associate to join its Seattle, WA office. This position combines a destination emerging companies and venture capital practice with direct partner access, high growth technology clients, and substantive deal responsibility from day one. You will advise scaling companies on complex financings and strategic transactions within a collaborative global platform that provides clear progression, structured training, and cross border exposure.
