Fenwick’s corporate group provides services to technology and life sciences companies at all stages of development, from early startups to mature, publicly-traded corporations, and its fund formation practice serves the investors in those companies.Job Description:We are seeking a fund formation corporate associate with four (4) to eight (8) years of experience to join as a core member of our rapidly growing private investment funds team, which focuses primarily on organization and ongoing advising of venture funds, venture studios, incubators, accelerators and crypto-related funds. Qualified applicants will have extensive experience in VC or PE private investment fund formation and counseling and relevant corporate and securities regulations.
