You will play a key role in growing the agency by connecting with customers, identifying protection needs, and recommending insurance solutions that help individuals and families protect what matters most. Licensing Requirements Property & Casualty license must be obtained within 45 days of starting Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of starting Licensing guidance and support are provided to help you complete the process successfully Prior State Farm or insurance industry experience is preferred but not required. Role Overview As an Account Representative, your focus will be building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and strengthening existing customer accounts. You will conduct needs-based conversations, present coverage options, and confidently close policies across multiple product lines. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by achieving results.
